1 USBDRQE 0 R/W USB-DMAC Activation Interrupt Enable
Enables or disables interrupt to activate the DMAC
(USBINTN) from the USB.
0: The DREQ signal from the DREQ pin is set as a
data transfer activation source.
1: The DMAC activation interrupt signal from the
USB is set as a data transfer activation source.

This bit is always read as 1. Only the initial value
should be written to this bit.
