10.16.4 Port H Open Drain Control Register (PHODR)
PHODR specifies the output type of each port H pin.

These bits are always read as 0. Only the initial
values should be written to these bits.

When not specified for CS4, CS5, CS6, CS7,
OE-A, CKE-A*, RAS4, RAS5, WE*, or SDRAMφ*
output, setting a PHODR bit to 1 makes the
corresponding pin an NMOS open-drain output pin,
while clearing a PHODR bit to 0 makes the
corresponding pin a CMOS output pin.
Note: * Not supported in the H8S/2456 Group.
