10.1.4 Port 1 Open Drain Control Register (P1ODR)
P1ODR specifies the output type of each port 1 pin.

Setting a P1ODR bit to 1 makes the corresponding
pin an NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing
a P1ODR bit to 0 makes the corresponding pin a
CMOS output pin.
