Frequency Multiplication Factor for USB PLL
Circuit Setting
The USSTC bits specify the frequency
multiplication factor for USB PLL circuit.
00: USB PLL circuit operation halted
01: USB PLL in operation with frequency × 3
10: USB PLL in operation with frequency × 4
11: USB PLL in operation with frequency × 6
