10.12.4 Port D Pull-Up MOS Control Register (PDPCR)
PDPCR controls on/off of the input pull-up MOS for port D. PDPCR is valid in mode 7.

When not specified for data or address output,
setting a PDODR bit to 1 makes the corresponding
pin an NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing
a PDODR bit to 0 makes the corresponding pin a
