10.3.4 Port 3 Open Drain Control Register (P3ODR)
P3ODR specifies the output type of each port 3 pin.

setting this bit to 1 makes the corresponding pin an
NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing the bit
to 0 makes the corresponding pin a CMOS output
pin.

Setting a bit to 1 makes the corresponding pin an
NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing a bit to

2. Not supported in the H8S/2426 Group and H8S/2424 Group.
