10.3.2 Port 3 Data Register (P3DR)
P3DR stores output data for the port 3 pins.

is specified as a general purpose I/O.
10.3.3 Port 3 Register (PORT3)
PORT3 shows the pin states of port 3. PORT3 cannot be modified.

If this register is read while a P3DDR bit is set to 1,
the corresponding P3DR value is read. If this
register is read while a P3DDR bit is cleared to 0,
the corresponding pin state is read.
Note: * Determined by the states of pins P35 to P30.
