21.3 On-Board Programming Mode
When the mode pins (MD0, MD1, and MD2) are set to on-board programming mode and the reset
start is executed, a transition is made to on-board programming mode in which the on-chip flash
memory can be programmed/erased. On-board programming mode has two operating modes: SCI
boot mode and user programming mode.
Table 21.3 shows the pin setting for each operating mode.
