Read Pointer Clear
This bit is used by the host to clear the read
pointer during read transfer. A host read operation
always yields 0 on readout.
0: Read pointer clear wait
[Clearing condition]
When the slave writes a 0 after a 1 has been read
from CLR_RD_PTR.
1: Read pointer clear
[Setting condition]
When the host writes a 1.

Write Pointer Clear
This bit is used by the host to clear the write
pointer during write transfer. A host read
operation always yields 0 on readout.
