5.3.4 IRQ Sense Control Registers (ISCR16H, ISCR16L, ISCRH, ISCRL)
The ISCR registers select the source that generates an interrupt request at pins IRQ15, IRQ14,
IRQ11, IRQ10, and IRQ7 to IRQ0 or pins ExIRQ15 to ExIRQ0.
