18.3.1 Timer Mode
TRGCNT performs up-counting, and is also capable of free-running operation, periodic counting,
and external event counting.
Each of GRA and GRB can be used as an input capture register or output compare register.
(1) Waveform Output by Compare Match:
The TPU can perform 0, 1, or toggle output from the corresponding output pin using a compare
match.
