0: When the corresponding pin is designated as a
general I/O port, the pin functions as an input
port.
1: When the corresponding pin is designated as a
general I/O port, the pin functions as an output
port.
When the corresponding pin is designated in PMR1
as a general I/O pin, setting a PCR bit to 1 makes
the corresponding pin an output port, while clearing
the bit to 0 makes the pin an input port.
In the H8S/20103 and H8S/20115 Groups, bits
PCR14 and PCR10 are reserved. Only 0 should be
written to these bits.
