Notes: 1. Can be set with the PMRJ[1:0] bits in PMRJ.
2. Backup operation is performed by selecting the oscillation stop with the PMRJ[1:0] bits
in PMRJ when the backup function is enabled.
3. A crystal resonator should be connected when a sub-oscillator clock is used. To switch
the system reference clock to φsub immediately after the power-on, oscillation settling
time for the sub-oscillator should be ensured.
