6.1 Basic Functions
HUBCD is a task that manages the states of the down ports of a connected USB hub and supplements the functions of
HCD and HDCD. HUBCD performs the following functions.
1. State management for devices connected to the USB hub down ports
2. Enumeration of devices connected to the USB hub down ports
