11.3.5 Timer I/O Control Register 0 (TIOR0)
TIOR0 selects the functions of GRA and GRB, and specifies the functions of the FTIOA and
FTIOB pins.

01: Input capture at falling edge at the FTIOB pin
1X: Input capture at rising and falling edges of the FTIOB
