CAUTION
Use an IC149-144-045-B51 socket (manufactured by
YAMAICHI ELECTRONICS CO., Ltd.) for the FP-144H
package IC socket on the user system.
Figure 1 shows the configuration of the HS2378ECH61H user system interface cable for the
FP-144H package.
