Pin Selection Method and Pin Functions
P22/TIOCC3/

This pin is used as the 8-bit timer counter reset pin when bits CCLR1 and
CCLR0 in TCR0 are both set to 1.
The pin function is switched as shown below according to the combination of
the TPU channel 3 setting by bits MD3 to MD0 in TMDR3, bits IOC3 to IOC0 in
TIOR3L, bits CCLR2 to CCLR0 in TCR3, and bit P22DDR.
