signal for EP1ALLEMPTYs in UIFR1.
1 EP3DE 0 R EP3 Data Enable
0: Indicates that the EP3 contains no valid data.
1: Indicates that the EP3 contains valid data.
0 EP0iDE 0 R EP0i Data Enable
0: Indicates that the EP0i contains no valid data.
1: Indicates that the EP0i contains valid data.

UCVR stores the Configuration value when the Set_Configuration command is received from the
host.
