Figure 17.7 shows the block configuration of the 32 Kbyte flash memory in the HD64F2210CU.
The thick lines indicate erase blocks, the narrow lines indicate programming units, and the values
in the boxes are addresses. The flash memory is divided into units one Kbyte (four blocks) or 28
Kbytes (one block) in size, and erasing is performed in these units. Programming is performed in
128-byte units starting from an address whose lower eight bits are H'00 or H'80.
