Section 12 16-Bit Duty Period Measurement Timer (TDP)
This LSI has a three-channel, 16-bit duty period measurement timer (TDP). The TDP uses a 16-bit
counter as the basis for measuring input waveforms and the pulse width.
12.1 Features
• Capable of measuring input-waveform periods and the pulse width
• Selectable measured edge
• 16-bit compare match
• 16-bit resolution
• Selectable counter clock
Any of seven internal clocks or an external clock can be selected.
