Section 11 16-Bit Cycle Measurement Timer (TCM)
This LSI has four channels on-chip 16-bit cycle measurement timers (TCM). Each TCM has a 16-
bit counter that provides the basis for measuring the periods of input waveforms.
11.1 Features
• Capable of measuring the periods of input waveforms
• Sensed edge is selectable
• 16-bit compare match
• 16-bit resolution
• Selectable counter clock
