3.1 Overview
3.1.1 Operating Mode Selection (H8S/2328B F-ZTAT, H8S/2326 F-ZTAT)
The H8S/2328B F-ZTAT and H8S/2326 F-ZTAT have eight operating modes (modes 4 to 7, 10,
11, 14 and 15). These modes are determined by the mode pin (MD
2
to MD
0
) and flash write enable
pin (FWE) settings. The CPU operating mode and initial bus width can be selected as shown in
table 3.1.
Table 3.1 lists the MCU operating modes.
