25.4 Interrupt Sources
There are three kinds of TPU interrupt sources: TPUm.TGRy input capture/compare match, TPUm.TCNT overflow, and
TPUm.TCNT underflow.
Relative channel priority levels can be changed by the interrupt controller, but the priority within a channel is fixed. For
details, see
section 15, Interrupt Controller (ICUb).
Table 25.28 lists the TPU interrupt sources.
