23.2.28 Timer Dead Time Enable Register (TDER)
Note 1. TDDR must be set to 1 or a larger value.
The TDER register specifies dead time generation in complementary PWM mode. The MTU3 has one TDER register.
The TDER register should be modified only while the TCNT counter stops.
TDER Bit (Dead Time Enable)
This bit specifies whether to generate dead time.
