Front pyrotechnic inertia reel: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
- the blanking cover (4) ,
- the seat belt upper mounting.
a Always disconnect the connector (5) before remov-
ing the pyrotechnic inertia reel.
a Remove:
- the mounting bolt (6) from the inertia reel,
- the pyrotechnic inertia reel.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace:
- the seat belt height adjustment mechanism.
- the reel mounting bolts.

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Replace the seat belt height adjustment mechanism
(see Seat height adjustment system: Removal -
Refitting) (MR393, 59A, Seat belt height adjustment
system).
a It is imperative to refit the seat belt inertia reel before
reconnecting the connector.
