- The QuizManager control bar shows a yellow indicator.
- The QuizManager control bar shows a black indicator, but a NEO is connected to that location on the Cart or to the USB port on the computer.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, and I have student responses that I have not yet retrieved, but I’ve accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer. Now I can’t retrieve, or even remove, the responses.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer and I don’t remember the Admin Password. Now I am unable to remove the quiz from the NEOs.

EAMER
Beamer is a SmartApplet that lets NEO send text wirelessly to and from
another NEO, a Dana, or a Palm OS device. Beamer uses IrDA technology to
transfer information in seconds, without the use of cables, cords, or networks.
The Beamer SmartApplet is installed on your NEO when you receive it.
Starting Beamer
Follow these steps to start the Beamer SmartApplet:
1. Press on/off to start your NEO, then press applets. The SmartApplets
menu appears.
2. Press ↓ to scroll down until your cursor is next to Beamer. Then, press
enter.
