- The QuizManager control bar shows a yellow indicator.
- The QuizManager control bar shows a black indicator, but a NEO is connected to that location on the Cart or to the USB port on the computer.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, and I have student responses that I have not yet retrieved, but I’ve accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer. Now I can’t retrieve, or even remove, the responses.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer and I don’t remember the Admin Password. Now I am unable to remove the quiz from the NEOs.

Using KeyWords RP to View and Print Reports

Student Detail Lists your students. Includes each student’s ID, gender,
date of birth, grade level, ethnicity, and characteristics.
Things to Note
• To find out how to set this information for each
student, see the Renaissance Place Software
Manual.
• If the administrator hasn’t given you the capability to
see ethnicity and characteristics, they won’t appear
on the report.
No custom options.
Student
Information
Lists each student’s name, ID, gender, date of birth,
Renaissance Place user name, and Renaissance Place
password.
You may select:
• classes or students to include
• sorting used
• grouping used
• page break after each group (if
grouping is used)
Student Login Lists each student’s name, ID, gender, date of birth,
KeyWords user name, and KeyWords password.
Things to Note
• Print this report before a KeyWords practice or test
session and give your students their KeyWords user
names and passwords. Students (and teachers) need
this information to log in to KeyWords on NEOs so
they can take lessons and tests.
You may select:
• classes or students to include

• grouping used
• page break after each group (if
grouping is used)
Student Record Provides information about student performance on
their keyboarding lessons. Includes the lesson name,
whether or not it was passed, the student’s goal and
actual WPM/Error, and the Accuracy and Speed
Builders completed.
You may select:
• classes or students to include
•date range
• page break after each
student’s information
Teacher Lists KeyWords RP teachers, their user names, classes,
and class position.
Things to Note
• This report can help the administrator see which
teachers are using KeyWords RP.
• When teachers print the report, it includes only their
information. It doesn’t include other teachers.
• Only teachers of KeyWords RP classes are included.
To make a class a KeyWords RP class, check the
KeyWords box when you assign a teacher.
