- The QuizManager control bar shows a yellow indicator.
- The QuizManager control bar shows a black indicator, but a NEO is connected to that location on the Cart or to the USB port on the computer.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, and I have student responses that I have not yet retrieved, but I’ve accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer. Now I can’t retrieve, or even remove, the responses.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer and I don’t remember the Admin Password. Now I am unable to remove the quiz from the NEOs.

Setting Up the KeyWords RP Software
Much of the preliminary setup for your Renaissance Place programs occurs
before you log in for the first time. For example, KeyWords RP should be
installed by your program administrator, or it may be installed on a server
hosted by Renaissance Learning.
The tasks listed below must be performed after KeyWords RP is installed and
before you synchronize KeyWords data so you can view reports. You may or
may not be the one required to perform these tasks.
