- The QuizManager control bar shows a yellow indicator.
- The QuizManager control bar shows a black indicator, but a NEO is connected to that location on the Cart or to the USB port on the computer.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, and I have student responses that I have not yet retrieved, but I’ve accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer. Now I can’t retrieve, or even remove, the responses.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer and I don’t remember the Admin Password. Now I am unable to remove the quiz from the NEOs.

Using KeyWords RP to View and Print Reports

AlphaSmart Manager
AlphaSmart Manager 2 is the link between the KeyWords SmartApplet on the
NEO and KeyWords RP. AlphaSmart Manager helps you retrieve KeyWords
data from NEOs and synchronize it with the data in KeyWords RP. You can
also use AlphaSmart Manager to change KeyWords settings for all connected
NEOs. KeyWords RP is compatible with AlphaSmart Manager versions 2.6
and higher.
