- The QuizManager control bar shows a yellow indicator.
- The QuizManager control bar shows a black indicator, but a NEO is connected to that location on the Cart or to the USB port on the computer.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, and I have student responses that I have not yet retrieved, but I’ve accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer. Now I can’t retrieve, or even remove, the responses.
- I have a quiz installed on some NEOs, but I have accidentally erased the quiz document from my computer and I don’t remember the Admin Password. Now I am unable to remove the quiz from the NEOs.

How many students can take a quiz on one NEO?
The AlphaQuiz SmartApplet can hold responses for up to eight students for
all quizzes combined. For example, if two quizzes have been sent to
AlphaQuiz on the NEO, and two students have taken one of the quizzes, six
can take the other quiz.
