Deleting Students’ Responses to Quizzes Using QuizManager

2. Click Delete Responses in the QuizManager control bar, or click the
Communication menu and choose Delete Responses. On Windows
computers, you can also click in the toolbar in the QuizManager
window.
3. Check the quizzes for which you want to delete responses on the NEO(s)
. As you select quizzes, note the information in the Results/Retrieved
column . The first number (Results) shows how many students have
taken the quiz. The second (Retrieved) shows how many students you’ve
retrieved responses for. Make sure you’ve retrieved student responses for
the quiz before you delete those responses unless you want students to
start over or you want to discard student work on this quiz.
4. If an administrative password was set for the quiz, you must enter it in the
blank field after the quiz.
5. Click OK. The student responses for the quiz will be deleted from the
connected NEO(s).
6. Click Close (Windows) or OK (Macintosh) when the program notifies you
that the responses have been deleted.
You can use Select
All to quickly check
all boxes. Click
Select None if you want to
remove all check marks
before checking the quizzes
you want.
The administrative
password can be set
when you create a
quiz. To find it for an existing
quiz, open the quiz in
QuizDesigner, click Quiz
Options, and look in the
Admin Password field.
