SAME DAY SHIPMENT
For orders placed before 5.30pm, products available
from stock are despatched on a next day service to UK
mainland destinations. To go that extra mile, we offer
a timed option on delivery and we can also drop-ship
direct to your client’s site if required.
REGIONAL SALES TEAM
Our experienced field-based technical sales team
provide local training, assistance with system design,
on-site product demonstrations, installation advice

TRADE PRICES
We only sell to approved professional installers and
specialist AV retailers, not to end-users. A trade price
list to accompany this guide is available on request.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our head office is located in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
and we despatch from our state-of-the-art national
logistics centre in the West Midlands.
We take pride in fulfilling orders accurately and on time.

TRAINING
Our fully equipped demonstration and training centre
in Bury St. Edmunds provides the perfect location
for product training and seminars. Courses are
available to ensure that you are confident in selling
and installing our products. We also arrange regional
training events throughout the UK.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
In addition to the supply of products, we provide in-
depth product knowledge, installation advice, system
design and technical support to our trade customers.
