ZM-24 TRANSCEIVER MODULEIR-PRO & ZB-PRO TOOLS
ZM-24
The ZM-24 transceiver module provides bidirectional communication between two-way enabled RTI remote
controls and control processors utilising Zigbee® wireless communication. Capable of being hard-wired directly
to a control processor or be used as a wireless repeater device to create an ultra-reliable, self-healing “mesh”
network.
Ǧ Connects to a central processor from up
to 1000 feet away using standard Cat5
cable.
Ǧ Utilises IEEE802.15.4 wireless Zigbee®
communication at 2.4Ghz.
Ǧ Wireless Zigbee® communication range
between ZM-24 modules up to 100 feet.
Two operational modes:
Operation mode 1 - Gateway - Hard wired
into the control processor via RTI COMM
port
Operational mode 2 - Repeater -
Wirelessly meshes with other ZM24 units.
(ZBPro required to program repeaters)
IR-PRO
Unlike the capture hardware available in universal “learning”
remote controls, the IR-PRO incorporates a much more robust
and sophisticated circuit design. This, combined with RTI’s
proprietary software algorithms, allows the IR-PRO to reliably
capture almost any infrared code regardless of code format,
frequency, output strength, battery condition, alignment position,
location of infrared emitter, etc.
ZB-PRO
The ZB-Pro is a Professional Network management Tool for
use with RTI 2.4GHz wireless ZigBee® networks. Attached to a
standard USB port of a PC, the ZB-Pro communicates with ZM-
24 Transceiver Modules via 2.4GHz. This allows you to configure
ZM-24s as repeaters.
