9.2.6 Locking the touchscreen
The Lock Touchscreen function allows the touchscreen to be intentionally disabled. If this feature is
activated the Tempus will display the message shown below:
This message stays on the screen for 2 seconds. After that point, if any button, control or the touchscreen
are pressed the following message will be displayed. Some technical alarm conditions allow you access to
the touch screen but once you return to the home screen the lock will still be active.
To disable the touchscreen lock, simply press the buttons marked “1” then “2” within 3 seconds of each
other. If neither button is pressed, or the buttons are not pressed in the correct sequence, then the message
will leave the screen after 5 seconds.
