2. The Remote requires 2 AAA batteries (Not included). Use
alkaline batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not
use rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries
because they supply lower voltage and the unit will not
perform properly. Never mix old and new batteries together or
different brands or types together
3. This is generic IR roku remote, please put roku player in front
of your TV, make sure the roku player can receive the signal!
Troubleshooting:
If you cannot get your Remote to operate your Roku, or it will
not perform commands properly:
• Make sure that your batteries are fresh and installed correctly
(according to proper polarity). *
• Read the”Roku’s” troubleshooting section of the Roku guide
or on their website here: http://support.roku.com/home for
any additional troubleshooting tips. There is also setup and
how to use videos on the support site listed above.
• Make sure that you are within 6-15 feet of your Roku, with
the remote facing the Roku, while using the remote.
