Perfect Curls 2-in-1 is ideal for creating loose curls using the 32mm barrel and defined curls when set on the 19mm barrel. CHANGING BARREL SIZES To change the barrel size from 19mm to 32mm twist the cool tip clockwise. To change the barrel size from 32mm to 19mm push down the cool tip and twist anti-clockwise. AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT Perfect Curls 2-in-1 features automatic voltage adjustment for international use. Plug the unit into any domestic power outlet and it will adjust automatically to the voltage being supplied. Note: - Some countries will require the use of a plug adaptor that is not included with your tong.
• • • • • • • • Take a small section of hair and pull taut away from the scalp. Holding the tong with the other hand, push down the lever and secure the bottom of the hair in the spring action clip. When the hair is secured in the clip slowly twist the hair up the length of the wand making sure it follows the grooves of the heat resistant cover. Hold the hair in the tong for approximately 10 seconds. Release the lever on the handle and untwirl for a prefect curl.
MAINTENANCE This tong is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance free. If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the tong from the power outlet, allow it to cool, and then wipe the exterior surface with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in any liquid. Do not use an abrasive cleaning fluid or material to clean the ceramic barrel as this will scratch the surface. STORAGE When not in use, always unplug the tong from the power outlet.
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water. As with all electrical appliances, the power cord must be regularly checked for wear and tear.
