Motor does not run when you squeeze
trigger switch
1. Safety lock-o switch is not in forward
position
2. Extension cord connection is loose
3. Household circuit breaker is tripped
or open line fuse
1. Slide safety lock-o switch forward
before squeezing trigger switch (see
Basic Trimmer Operation, page 5)

Motor runs, but cutting blades do not
move
