When Channel Scan List is assigned to a button, press the button to add or remove
the selected channel from the scan list.
When assigned as a menu item, open the menu and select the channel you wish to
add or remove from the scan list. Press “+/-” to add or remove. Channels in the scan
list will be indicated with the symbol.
Talkback Scan
Conventional and Trunking Channels
If your radio is programmed for Talkback Scan, press PTT while a channel is active
or while scan delay time remains, you will be responding on the transmit frequency
of the received channel. The ‘RX’ indicator will be shown in the display while scan
delay time remains.
Talkback Scan will not work if Priority Scan is on and your radio is also programmed
to transmit on the Priority 1 channel (see Priority Scan).

Channels in a multicast conventional systems can be added to the scan list and
