Technische
Hinweise
für
REFCO
Vakuumpumpen
Important
Prior to the
first useo
fREFCO vacuum
pumps please
check if the
voltage and cycles indicated
on the
data shield
is compatible with the
tension
and cycles of your electricity board.
If not specified
in your
order, we supply all
our pumps for 220 volts and
50 hertz.
For transport reasons the
pump
does not contain
any oil when
i t is
shipped.
Before the
first use the
pump
must bef
illed with the
oil
provided.
If condensable
g as is being
evacuated, the
pump must run
on work-
ing temperature(
approx. 5minutes)
and gas ballast valve
must be
opened.
Never use
REFCO vacuum
pumps as a
compressor
.
Maintenance
Please note: the
most impor
tant ser
vice factor is the
oil. The oil
must be
changed
at least every 20 hours of ser
vice. Dirty oil or oil
which is contaminated with
moisture
or acid g az will damage the
vacuum pump.
The REFCO vacuum
pump will
keep its capacity as long
as the oil is
clean and the c orrect type
is used.
The correct type
is: C-10 or of
course all the oils which
are supplied
by REFCO sucha
s: DV-04,
DV-05, DV-06 and
DV-08,
as well
as Esteroil
Type P-15-S.
Warranty
During the
1 year warranty period, the vacuum
pumps must not be
opened
or disassembled
by any other than
REFCO.P
lease note, that
REFCO will refusea
ll claims if the
pump has been
opened
prior to
REFCO’
s inspection.
Cleaning
of vacuum pump
If the original vacuum
capacity cannot be reached
anymore ( after
warranty period), the
pump can be disassembled
and the
parts can
be cleaned withp
arafin.
If necessary also
change the rotary vanes.
When reassembling
also change
all the gaskets.R
EFCO
is offering
gasket sets for all
REFCO vacuump
umps.
Cold star
tof vacuum
pump
REFCO vacuum
pumps start easily at an
ambient temperature
of
+8° centigrade
a nd higher
.The pump reaches top speed wi
thin
30 seconds.
The maximum
end vacuum
is reached
after approxima-
tely 5 minutes.
The pump will
not run as indicated
above,
if other oils than
C-10 or
REFCO oils are
being used.
During the
cold season the
pump must be transported
in the drivers
compartment of the
car and
not in the
boot. The temperatures in the
boot could
be below the required
cold start minimum
of +8° centi-
grade.

Wichtig
Vor der Erstinbetriebnahme
m uss die
Stromart und
Netzspannung
überprüft werden.
Falls bei
der Bestellung
nicht anders angegeben,
werden
die Pumpen
immer für 220 V
olt und
50 Hertz geliefert.
Aus Transportgründen werden
die Pumpen
immer ohne
Öl geliefert.
Dieses muss vor Erstgebrauche
ingefüllt werden.
Das richtige
Öl liegt
der Pumpe
bei.
Kondensierbare
Dämpfe
nur bei betriebswarmer Pumpe und
geöffnetem
Gasballastventil
absaugen.
Die Pumpe
darf nicht als Kompressor eingesetzt werden.
Wartung
Der wichtigsteW
artungsfaktor aller V
akuumpumpen
ist das Öl.
Dieses muss nach
höchstens 20 Betrieb
sstunden
gewechselt
werden.
Verschmutztes Öl
kann die Pumpe
beschädigen.
Ein
Ölwechsel
muss auch
nach jedem
Einsatz vorgenommen werden,
wenn verschmutztes Kältemittel
evakuier
t wurde.
Damit die
REFCO
Vakuumpumpen
ihre Leistung
behalten,
darf nur
C-10 Öl oder die von
REFCO
gelieferten
Öle (DV-04, DV-05, DV-06,
DV-08 oder Esteröl
P-15-S)
verwendet werden.
Garantie
Während
der 12-monatigen
Garantiezeit
darf die Pumpe
nur durch
REFCO geöffnet oder demontiert werden.
Das Öffnen
oder Demon-
tieren der Pumpe
durch
andere Stellen
als REFCO
hat den
Verlust
jeglicher Garantieansprüche zur Folge.
Reinigung
der Pumpe
Eine Demontage und
Reinigung
der Pumpe
(nachAblauf der Garan-
tiezeit) wird
nötig,
falls trotz Ölwechsels nicht mehr die ursprüngliche
Leistung
erreicht wird.
In diesem
Fall können
die Einzelteile
mit
Paraffin
gereinigt werden.
Bei der Montage
der Pumpe sollen
auch
sämtliche
Dichtungen
ersetzt werden.
REFCO
b ietet für sämtliche
REFCO
Pumpentypen
den entsprechenden
Dichtungssatz an.
Kaltstartder Pumpe
Alle REFCO-Pumpen
laufen problemlos bis zu einer Umgebungs-
temperatur von
+8° Celsius problemlos an.
Ca. 30 Sekunden
nach
dem Start läuft der Motor auf
der Maximaldrehzahl.
Nach einer
Laufzeit von
ca.5Minuten wird
die Betriebstemperatur sowie
das
garantierte
Endvakuum
erreicht.
Bitte beachten
Sie, dass während
der kalten
Jahreszeit die
Pumpe
im beheizten
Te il eines Fahrzeugs
transportiert wird.
Die Te mperatur im
Kofferraum
oder im Laderaum
kann unter der Minimaltemperatur von
+8° liegen, was ein
Anlaufen
der Pumpe verunmöglicht.
Absaugen von
R 134a (FKW)-Anlagen
Grunds
ätzlich braucht es für R134a-Anla
gen keine anderen Vakuum-
pumpen,
da die Pumpe
ja ein Werkzeug zum
Evakuieren
des Kälte-
systems darstellt und
daher nicht Bestandteil
des Kältekreislaufes ist.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen, respektive zum
Erreichen
eines genügend
hohen Endvakuums, sollen solche
R134a-Systeme
immer mit einer
2-stufigen
Vak uumpumpe
evakuiert werden.
Ein Endvakuum von
100 micron
= 0.133 mbar ist zwingend,d
adie Esteröle stärker hygro-
skopisch sind.
Da
s Esteröl
der R134a-Anlage
darf unter keinen
Umständen
mit dem
mp
u
mpenöl
in Verbindung
kommen.
