6. Safety instructions
Any damages caused by the failure to comply with these operating instructions will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee. We assume no liability for subsequent damages!
We assume no liability for material damages or personal injuries caused by improper handling or
failure to observe the safety instructions! In such cases, the warranty/guarantee is void.
Furthermore, the normal wear during operation (e.g. worn tires, worn-out gears) and accidental damages
(e.g.brokentransversalarm,bentchassisetc.)areexcludedfromthewarrantyandguarantee.
Dear customer, these safety instructions are intended not only to protect the product, but also for your own
and the safety of other people. Therefore, please read this section very carefully before commissioning
the product!

Attention, important advice!
Operating the model may cause material damages and/or personal injuries. Therefore, make sure that you
aresufcientlyinsuredwhenoperatingthemodel,forexample,byliabilityinsurance.Ifyoualreadyhave
liabilityinsurance,ndoutfromyourinsurancecompanywhetheroperatingthemodeliscoveredbefore
operating the model.
• Forsafetyandapprovalreasons,theunauthorizedreconstructionand/ormodicationoftheproductis
prohibited.
• Theproductisnotatoy;itisnotsuitableforchildrenunder14years.
• The product must not become damp or wet.
• Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly, since this may become a dangerous toy
for children.
• Should any questions arise that are not answered by means of the operating instructions, please contact
us(forcontactinformation,seeChapter1)oranotherexpert.
• The operation and handling of remote controlled model vehicles have to be trained! If you have never
drivensuchavehicle,driveparticularlycarefullyandfamiliariseyourselfrsthowthevehicleresponds
to the remote control commands. Be patient!
• Take no risks when operating the product! Your own safety and that of your environment depend solely
on your responsible use of the model.
• Theintendedoperationofthevehiclerequiresoccasionalmaintenanceorevenrepairs.Forexample,
the tires wear out during operation, or a driving error results in an „accidental damage“.
• Use only original spare parts for the maintenance or repair works required!
