f) Undervoltage Recognition
Inthismenuitem,youcanspecicallydenethethresholdfortheundervoltagerecognition.Theprogrammedthresh-
old depends on the rechargeable battery type programmed.
ForNiMH,werecommend0.93V/cell.Forexample,fora10-cellrechargeablebattery,theundervoltagerecognition
thus starts at 9.3 V (10 x 0.93 V).
ForLiPo,werecommend3.3V/cell.Forexample,fora3-cellrechargeablebattery,theundervoltagerecognitionthen
starts at 9.9 V (3 x 3.3 V).
The undervoltage recognition can be programmed as follows:
• Switch the transmitter on and then put the throttle lever for motor control to the full throttle position.
• Thenconnecttheightbatterytotheightcontrolleragain.

pull the control lever for the motor control back all the way (position "Motor off").

- 2 signal sounds = undervoltage recognition at 3.15 V/cell (50% or approx. 0.72 V/cell at rechargeable battery
typeNiMH)
- 3 signal sounds = undervoltage recognition at 3.3 V/cell (65% or approx. 0.93 V/cell at rechargeable battery
typeNiMH)
• To save, set the control lever for the motor control to full throttle at the desired setting.
g) Starting Characteristics
Hereyoucansetthestartingcharacteristicswhenmovingthetransmitter'scontrolleverfrom"motoroff"towards
"full throttle". This function is mostly relevant to protect gear drives as well as motor controlling via an on/off switch.
The starting characteristics can be programmed as follows:
• Switch the transmitter on and then put the throttle lever for motor control to the full throttle position.
• Thenconnecttheightbatterytotheightcontrolleragain.
• Theightcontrollerwillswitchtoprogrammingmodeaftervarioussignalsoundsandstartwiththerstprogram-

the control lever for the motor control back all the way (position "Motor off").
• Theightcontrollersignalsthesettingoptionswithanendlessloop:
- 1 signal sound = normal (from 0% to 100% in approx. 300 ms)
- 2 signal sounds = soft (from 0% to 100% in approx. 1.5 s)
- 3 signal sounds = super soft (from 0% to 100% in approx. 3 s)
• To save, set the control lever for the motor control to full throttle at the desired setting.
