i) Checking the engine function
• Beforeyouconductamotortest,chargetheightbatteryandensurethatthemodelisheldsecurelyduringthetest.
Ensurethatnolooseobjectssuchaspaperorplasticlmscanbesuckedinbythepropeller.
• Keep objects and body parts away from the propeller under all circumstances.
• Inordertoperformtheenginetest,rstactivatethetransmitterandthenturnonthereceiverunitonthemodel.

Attention important!
 Beforepushingthesafetybuttonatthemodel(seegure10,pos.6),ensurethatthecontrolleverforthe
motor function is in the bottom position "Motor off".
If this is not the case, the propeller starts immediately when operating the safety switch and may cause
injuries. Damage to the model or similar is also possible.
• Once you have checked resp. corrected the position of the slider for the engine function, you can operate the safety
switch on the model.
• If you push the control lever for the engine function slowly upwards/forwards now, the rotor starts and the speed
increases depending on the position of the control lever. The maximum rotation speed is reached when the control
stick is on the top end.
• Performashortenginetesttocheckthecontrolandcutoffbehaviourofthemotor.Thenrstturnoffthereceiver
unit and afterwards the transmitter.
