d) Switching on the Helicopter
Slidethechannelselectionswitch(seegure1,item7)intothedesiredposition(A,BorC).Fortheconcurrentopera-
tion of up to three models in one room, each helicopter must use a different channel. Only this prevents them from
being affected by the wrong remote control.
Thenswitchonthetransmitter.Observethatthereisstillsufcientpowersupplytothetransmitter.Indoubt,checkthe
inserted batteries with a battery tester.
Slidethehelicopterfunctionswitch(seegure4,item5)
from the left position "OFF" to the right position "ON".
The white LED of the helicopter (1), which points forward,
and the red LED within the cockpit (2) start to light up.
Then put the helicopter to the start position so that the tail
points at you.
Slidethecontrolstickforthepitchfunction(seegure1,
item 5) to the front position and then back to the bottom
one.
The model helicopter now conducts an internal tuning of
thegyro.Whentuningiscomplete,theredLEDwillash
in the cockpit and the helicopter is ready to start.
During the attunement process, the model
helicopter must not be turned or moved, and no
other IR remote control transmitter should be
operated in direct proximity of the model.
To operate the helicopter on a different channel, switch off the model and then the transmitter. Choose another transfer
channel (A, B or C) and perform activation again.
