11. Maintenance and care
Regularly check the drive and control functions of the electronics at your model. All moving parts have to be easily
movable but there should not be a clearance in the bearing.
The outside of the model should only be cleaned with a soft, moistened cloth. Never use any aggressive cleansing
agents or chemical solvents, since this might damage the surfaces.
If you have to replace any damaged or worn parts, only use original spare parts.
The spare parts list is located on our website www.conrad.com in the download section for the respective
product. You can also order the replacement parts list by email. For the contact data, please refer to the top
of these instructions in the chapter "Introduction".

reinforced plastics but not water-soluble. We recommend 5-minute epoxy glue.
The drive shaft must be oiled at regular intervals in the rear part of the shaft. This is usually announced by more water
than usual being in the boat body after a voyage and/or by the drive running roughly. For this, remove the screw from

propeller.
Remove the shaft completely at regular intervals by loosening the shaft tappet in the body and pulling out the shaft
backwards. Clean the shaft and grease it with biodegradable grease. Then install the shaft again in the reverse order.
