9. Commissioning of the model
a) Inserting the drive battery

Open the hull deck.
The drive battery (1) must be attached to the bottom of the body with the hook-and-loop tapes so that it will be kept
secure in its position even in rough operation.
 Observetighttoftherechargeablebattery.Werecommendthatthebatterybeattachedtothebattery
chute with an additional strip of hook-and-loop tape taped into the boat body, rather than only those pre-
sent. The material required for this is not part of the delivery and must be procured separately.
We recommend fastening the cables under the hook-and-loop tape (2) to keep the cables and plug connec-
tions from coming into contact with water that has gotten into the model.
Figure 4, item 3 shows the water cooling outlet.
