3. Intended use
This product is an electrically powered model ship which is radio controlled by a remote control system to be purchased
separately. The model is designed for outdoor use and must only be used in fresh water.
The remote control and drive components must not get damp or wet.
The product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Observe all safety information in these operating instructions. They contain important information on han-
dling of the product.
You are solely responsible for safe operation of the model!
4. Product description
Themodelship“Lightspeed”isamodeldesignedforadvancedshipmodelconstructionbeginners.Completionand
later operation only requires little knowledge on the handling of model ships.
The agile and very fast model ship is only partially suitable for model ship beginners!
Themodelhasbeencompletelyproducedinbreglass-reinforcedplastics.Thecanopycanbedisassembled,the
decoration is already applied. For operation, you need to purchase at least a drive battery, a matching charger, a mat-
ching charging cable, a two-channel remote control, and four batteries or rechargeable batteries of type AA/Mignon
sepa rately for the transmitter.
The user can control: Smooth speed control of the electric motor and driving direction change. The electronic speed
controller and the steering servo is already installed in the model ready for use; a matching transmitter and the re-
ceiver is required to purchase seperately.
