13. Troubleshooting
This model and the remote control were built using the latest technology. However, faults and malfunction may still
occur. The following section shows you how to troubleshoot potential faults.
Problem Solution
The remote control doesn't respond. • Check the batteries in the remote control.
• Check the polarity of the batteries in the remote control.
• Check the function switch.
The brightness of LED indicator has decreased. • Check or replace the batteries in the remote control.
The battery charging time is very short. • The helicopter battery is faulty.
The rotors do not start. • Check the remaining battery level.
• Check that the mechanical parts can move freely.
• Repeat the power on procedure.
The helicopter does not take off. • Check the remaining battery level.
• Check that the mechanical drive parts can move freely.
• The rotor blades are faulty.
The helicopter doesn’t respond to the remote
control.
• Repeat the power on procedure.
• There is interference from other 2.4 GHz remote controls.
