20. Troubleshooting
Even though the model and the remote control system were built to the state of the art, there may still be malfunctions
or faults. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to deal with possible problems.
Problem Remedy
Transmitter doesn’t respond. • Check the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the polarity of the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check on/off switch.
The LED in the transmitter is not lit. • Check or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the polarity of the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check on/off switch.
The LED in the transmitter ashes and the
transmitter emits alarm sounds.
• Check or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
Model does not react, the LEDs in the
quadrocopter ash slowly.
• Check function of the remote control transmitter.
• Perform activation of the quadrocopter again.
Propellers do not start. • Check ight battery charging state.
• Recharge the ight battery for test purposes.
Quadrocopter tips to the side when start-
ing.
• Switch on the quadrocopter again and do not move the model while
doing so.
• Check ease of movement of the drive motors.
• Calibrate the position sensors.
Quadrocopter shows too little perfor-
mance or too short ight times.
• Check ight battery charging state.
The quadrocopter always ies in one di-
rection.
• Adjust transmitter trimming.
• Difcult ight conditions (wind or draft).
• Calibrate the position sensors.
Quadrocopter reacts very slowly to the
control commands.
• Switching to sport or expert mode.
