Connecting of the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer
Connect the connection cable of the V-tail unit/Delta mixer (input B) soldered to the underside of the board
to the elevator output of the receiver.
For a V-tail Unit model, connect the connection cable soldered to the top side (input A) to the rudder output
of the receiver.
For a Delta model, connect the connection cable soldered to the top side (input A) to the aileron output
of the receiver.
Make sure you connect the two connection lines according to the correct polarity of the plug (see
operating instructions for the recipient or print on the receiver).
White cable: Control signal
Red cable: Operating Voltage Plus (+)
Black cable: Operating Voltage Minus (-)
Connect the two servos for the V-tail unit or the Delta model ailerons on the right-hand side of the V-tail
unit/Deltamixer.Payattentiontothecorrectpolarityoftheservoconnectingplugs.Thecontrolsignal(S)is
transmitted from the bottom of the three pin contacts (see picture).

Safety Instructions
The warranty/guarantee will be void in the event of damage caused by non-compliance
with these safety instructions. We do not assume any liability for any resulting damage!
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by incorrect
handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions! The warranty/guarantee will be
void in such cases.
• Unauthorisedconversionand/ormodicationoftheproductisnotallowedforsafetyandap-
proval reasons. Never disassemble the product; there are no components inside the housing
that you need to set or service. Besides, this will invalidate the warranty!

• Themaximumpermissiblevoltageandcurrentvalues(seesection"TechnicalData")maynot
be exceeded, otherwise it will destroy the V-tail Unit/Delta-Mixer. Non-compliance with the
limits will void the guarantee/warranty.
• Only connect one servo to the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer per output.
• Keep the biggest possible distance between V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer and plane control system
or motors for the installation, to avoid interaction.
• Install the servos cables connected to the V-tail Unit/ Delta Mixer so that no tension is created
andtheconnectorscandropduringtheightoftheV-tailUnit/DeltaMixer.
• Secure the connectors of the servos connected to the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer with a strip of
adhesive tape.
• Fix the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer to the model so that it is optimally protected against vibration,
heat, humidity or pollution.
• Handle the product with care; it can be damaged by impact, blows, or accidental dropping,
even from a low height.
• Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly, since it could become a danger-
ous toy for children.
Functioning of the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer
Thecontrolsignal,whichisfedfromthereceiverviatheconnectioncable(inputA),solderedtothetop of
the circuit board to the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer, passes this 1:1 on both servos connected to the output. As a
result, both servos turn in the same direction.
Thecontrolsignaltransmittedbythereceiverviatheline(inputB)totheV-tailunit/Deltamixer,placedon
the underside of the board,onlypassesthis1:1toaservo.Thesecondservoreceivesaninvertedreverse
signal so that both servos connected to the output turn in different directions.
Important:
For the V-tail Unit/Delta Mixer to work, both input connections (A and B) on the receiver must be
connected.
