Driving works opposite to the movement of the control lever at the transmitter.
• Usually, the vehicle should drive forwards if you pull the control lever at the transmitter towards the handle. If this is
not the case, activate the reverse setting for the driving function at the transmitter, see chapter 10. g).
The steering is not functioning or is functioning incorrectly, steering deection at the vehicle insufcient
• Check the EPA settings, see chapter 10. h).
• Check the dual rate setting, see chapter 10. c).
• Check the steering mechanics for loose parts.
The vehicle drives too slowly or only forward/backward.
• Check the EPA settings, see chapter 10. i).
The motor sound is too low or too loud.
• Set the volume at the transmitter; see chapter 10. j).
• The volume may be reduced if the drive battery is weak.
17. Cleaning and Maintenance
Beforecleaningorservicing,turnoffthevehiclerstandthenthetransmitterandremovethedrivebatteryfromthe
vehicle.
Clean the whole vehicle of dust and dirt after driving, e.g. with a long-haired clean brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Compressed air aerosols can also be helpful.
Do not use cleaning aerosols or conventional household cleaners. This may damage the electronics and
lead to discolouration of the plastic parts or the body.
Never wash the vehicle with water, e.g. using a high-pressure cleaner. This will destroy the vehicle.
Asoftcloth,slightlydampened,canbeusedtowipethecarbody.Donotrubtoormlyinordertoavoidscratchmarks.
Alsocheckthevehiclefordamagebeforeoraftereveryuse.Ifyoundanydamage,thecarmaynotbe
used anymore and has to be taken out of operation.
